Lighting old time passenger coaches in N scale

I have a few 34′ Overton Old Time short frame coaches that were made by Roundhouse and then by Athearn I think.

I am curious if anyone has experience with adding lighting to these coaches.

I have been looking at either internal button batteries or metal wheel electrical pickup methods.
